the hotel was clean, even in the public spaces, and the beach was a great place to relax. the room was comfortable and had a functioning air conditioning system. the breakfast had a good selection of food to choose from. the mini club was a great option for families with children, as there was a dedicated staff member to take care of them.
I did notice that the food options could be repetitive.

Had an awesome city break at a resort with modern facilities. the food was delectable, and there was a variety of options every day. the room was spacious, clean and had modern, looking furniture, which made it a comfortable stay. the pool had warm, clear water, and the view from the terrace was amazing!
The resort was customer, centric, but the communication was not adequate. Some of the staff could not speak good English, making it difficult to communicate with them.

The hotel had a great location, not far from the beach and near some nice shops. The two facts I enjoyed were the beautiful view from the balcony and the indoor pool which was perfect for relaxing on a cold day. The staff were also very friendly and helpful, always willing to assist with any queries.
There were a few negative aspects to our xmas break. the food was very basic and not very appetizing.

This hotel offers luxurious and exclusive amenities that fulfilled our needs. From the moment we arrived, we were impressed by the exceptional service and friendly staff. the Spa & wellness center, Aqua park, and Swimming pool were all great features that we really appreciated. the beauty treatments were professionally done, and our manicures were perfect. the outdoor sun terrace and garden area were also beautiful and relaxing places to unwind.
The only minor issue we had was with the entertainment. While there were some activities available in the public area, we were expecting more.
